Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 16, 2026

This policy is the public restatement of the Cancellations & Rescheduling terms in the Solotactix training waiver. By registering for any class or training session, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling requires at least 72 hours notice
• A maximum of 2 reschedules is allowed within a 90-day period
• Reschedule requests must be emailed to solomon@solotactix.com

Missed Sessions

• Missed sessions without notice are forfeited

Right to Refuse Service

Solotactix reserves the right to remove or refuse participation to anyone acting in an unsafe, disruptive, or non-compliant manner.

Agreement

By booking a class with Solotactix, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy and the training waiver.
