Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective Date: April 21, 2026
This policy governs all bookings made with Solotactix Defensive Training ("Solotactix," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering for any class or training session, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Refund Policy
Bookings are non-refundable due to limited class sizes, instructor scheduling, and range preparation. If you cannot attend your scheduled class, please contact Solotactix as soon as possible. Rescheduling may be available at Solotactix's discretion with advance notice. Additional terms for rescheduling, late cancellations, and no-shows are described in the sections below.
Rescheduling Policy
If a registered student is unable to attend a scheduled course:
- The student must notify Solotactix at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled class date
- Notification must be submitted via email to: SOLOTACTIXFIREARMS@GMAIL.com
If proper notice is given:
- The student may reschedule to another course offering
- The rescheduled class must be taken within six (6) months, subject to availability
- Rescheduling is permitted one (1) time only
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
- If a student provides less than seven (7) days notice, they will not be eligible for rescheduling
- If a student fails to attend (no-show), they will forfeit all registration fees
- If a student cancels a second time, they will lose their registration entirely and must pay full price to attend any future class
Student Responsibility
- It is the student's responsibility to select the appropriate class and ensure availability
- Solotactix does not provide reminders, follow-ups, or scheduling assistance
- Students are responsible for checking the website and/or social media for updated course schedules
- All rescheduling requests must be initiated by the student
To enroll in a rescheduled class:
- Students must email SOLOTACTIXFIREARMS@GMAIL.com during the time the desired course is posted and available
Communication Policy
- All rescheduling requests must be submitted via email
- Messages sent within 24 hours of a scheduled class will not be considered valid notice
Instructor Cancellations
Solotactix reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class due to circumstances including, but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Range availability
- Safety concerns
- Instructor availability
In such cases, students will be offered a rescheduled session.
Right to Refuse Service
Solotactix reserves the right to refuse service, remove a participant, or cancel a booking at its discretion. In such cases, no refunds or reschedules will be issued.
Agreement
By booking a class with Solotactix, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
